What the job is
A fiber sales rep visits homes where fiber internet has just become available and helps residents decide whether to switch. You explain the plans in plain language, answer questions, and sign up customers who want the service.
Most of the work happens in the afternoon and evening when people are home. You work an assigned neighborhood with a team lead and use a phone or tablet to enter orders.
